1. Registration for RAJISACON 2025 is a prerequisite for any presentation.|

2. ISA membership is mandatory only for Award Paper and Quiz.

3. Eligibility : It is mandatory that the first (main) author should be the presenting author, and the award will only be given to the first author.
 
4.    Maximum 2 abstracts in different categories are allowed per delegate.
 
5.    The abstract must be original and should not be published or presented elsewhere earlier.
 
6.    There are 2 modes of presentation: Paper and Electronic-Poster. Please select the category as per your choice from the selections available.
 
7.    All the abstracts will be reviewed by the RAJISACON 2025 Abstract Review Committee, and the final decision of allowing the presentation of your choice, change in category, or rejection will remain at the discretion of the committee.
 
8.    Notifications regarding submission will be sent to the corresponding author after submission.
 
9.    However, acceptance will be notified only after review and revision, within 3 weeks of  last date of submission. Right of acceptance/rejection rest with the scientific committee and their decision will be final.
 
Last date for submission of abstracts is 31st July 2025.
 
10.    The authors may opt to apply for various award sessions, but the final decision rests with the organizing committee.
 
11.    A maximum of 5 authors are allowed for each abstract (including the presenting author). One will be the principal author, and the other 4 will be co-authors.
 
12.    Abstracts must be submitted online at www.rajisacon2025bikaner.com. Submission of offline soft copy / submission by mail or hard copy submissions are not accepted.
 
13.    Presentation of  paper and electronic poster is by the first author only.
 
14.    The presenting author’s name must be highlighted, and the presenting author’s full name, institution, address for communication, phone number, and email address must be provided. Email address and mobile number are mandatory as all further communications will be done via email.
 
15.    Abstracts stating "data will be discussed in presentation" will not be accepted.
 
16.    The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the contents of the abstract before submission.
 
17.    The abstracts submitted will be sent for review. The abstracts requiring corrections as per reviewers' comments should be revised and resubmitted within 5 days, failing which the abstracts will be rejected.
 
18.    Abstract should not exceed 250 words and Original research should be Submitted under following headings: Background, Methodology, Observations, Conclusion, Keywords (not more than 5 words). 
 
19.    Consent letter from HOD is mandatory for postgraduate students.
